Cart.com delivers eCommerce enablement at scale: unified commerce, logistics, and marketing solutions spanning software, fulfillment, and marketplace management. But their visual presence didn't match the sophistication of what they actually deliver. The brand needed to evolve from functional to contemporary and tech-forward.

Approach

As Creative Director at Designity, I helped push the brand into a more contemporary visual presence, aligning their look and messaging with the scale of their platform. I oversaw copywriting and creative development for whitepapers, ebooks, and presentations, while evolving the brand system through social, display ads, landing pages, and web-ready design frameworks.

The goal was consistent: position Cart.com as the partner that can unify storefront, inventory, marketplaces, and fulfillment into one cohesive engine for growth, then make that promise feel clear, modern, and credible at every touchpoint.
