Challenge

Three heritage stove brands (Vermont Castings, Harman, and Quadra-Fire) needed to come together under a single name and customer experience. The challenge was building a unified brand identity that could scale across print, digital, and retail, without alienating the loyal dealers and customers who had grown up with each individual brand.

Approach

As Creative Director at Designity, I guided a phased transition strategy that respected each brand's heritage while shifting emphasis to the Forge & Flame masterbrand. I developed a scalable visual language, translating the new identity into clear systems, templates, and campaign executions, and served as ongoing brand guardian across copywriting, packaging, social content, and video production.

The key was building a visual system flexible enough to honor three distinct legacies, yet cohesive enough to read as one brand at every touchpoint.

Impact

The result is a cohesive, bolder brand presence that aligns three historically separate product lines under one name without losing the craftsmanship and legacy that made each one credible. The system now scales consistently across print, digital, and retail environments.
